The Estate Planning and Probate Law Section of the Dauphin County Bar Association
was formed to bring together members of the Bar Association who have common interests
in the fields of estate planning, probate practice, trust administration, guardianship
and related concerns. The Section seeks to promote the exchange of information and
ideas in the areas of estate planning and probate law through interaction among
its members, education programs and interaction between members and the local court.
Any member of the Dauphin County Bar Association in good standing may become a member
of the Section. Other persons who have an interest in these areas of the law may
become associate members of the Section upon approval of its members.
