The Workers' Compensation Law Section brings together attorneys representing both
employers and workers to exchange information regarding practice and procedure before
workers' compensation judges. The Section invites guest speakers to address subjects
of interest to workers' compensation practitioners. The Section also acts as liaison
with the Workers' Compensation Bureau and judges, for the purpose of convening "miscellaneous
court" days at which settlement of claims can be approved on an expedited basis.
