LaToya Winfield Bellamy
LaToya Winfield Bellamy Eckert Seamans

LaToya Winfield Bellamy is a partner in the law firm Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott where she has practiced for the last 15 years in the firm’s business division. LaToya has a wide range of experience in serving the firm’s clients, including various businesses, contractors, educational institutions, gaming industry entities, and municipal governments. She provides guidance to the firm’s clients on contracting, government regulatory issues, and real estate matters, including commercial leasing. LaToya also serves as the firm’s Chair of Circle Mentoring and assists with firm initiatives regarding diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.

LaToya graduated from the Widener University School of Law now known as Widener Commonwealth Law School, has been a member of the DCBA for over 15 years and currently serves as the Chair of the DCBA Equal Professional Opportunity Committee. She is active in several other organizations and board service and is proud to be a part of the legal profession.

Janaki  Theivakumaran
Janaki Theivakumaran PA Board of Probation & Parole

Janaki Theivakumaran, Esq. is the Special Assistant to the Pennsylvania Parole Board, where she serves as Communications Director, oversees public records and procedures, and manages statewide trainings and special projects. With over a decade of experience in state government, she has also held prior roles within the Parole Board and the Pennsylvania Sexual Offenders Assessment Board, focusing on policy, compliance, and public engagement. Janaki holds a J.D. from Widener University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers College. She currently serves as Secretary of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Minority Bar Committee and Co-Chair of its Membership Development Subcommittee, and is a member of the Equal Professional Opportunity Committee (EPOC) of the Dauphin County Bar Association. She is actively involved in advancing diversity, leadership, and mentorship within the legal community.
